Confidentiality & Protected Space
By participating in WELLSPRING, I agree to maintain the confidentiality of any personal information, teachings, discussions, experiences, stories, or materials shared within WELLSPRING by Ginger Kern (@mythic.feminine) or other participants.
I agree not to reproduce, distribute, disclose, teach from, publish, summarize, or share such information, directly or indirectly, with any third party without prior written consent from Global Mindset LLC d/b/a Mythic Feminine.
I understand that WELLSPRING is intended as a protected private educational space and agree to honor the integrity, privacy, and intellectual property of the container and its participants.
Assumption of Responsibility, Disclaimer & Indemnification
I understand that WELLSPRING (formerly Soul Sanctuary), including all products, services, teachings, mentorship, audio materials, and offerings provided by Global Mindset LLC d/b/a Mythic Feminine, are educational and informational in nature only and are not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other licensed professional services.
I acknowledge that my participation in WELLSPRING is voluntary and undertaken at my own discretion and risk. I take full responsibility for my well-being, decisions, actions, relationships, interpretations, and outcomes arising from or related to my participation in the program and use of its materials.
By participating in WELLSPRING and/or purchasing any offerings from Global Mindset LLC d/b/a Mythic Feminine, I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Global Mindset LLC, Ginger Kern, Mythic Feminine, and any affiliated contractors, employees, agents, successors, or assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, costs, or legal fees arising out of or related to:
- my participation in WELLSPRING or use of any materials or teachings,
- my personal decisions, actions, relationships, communications, or outcomes,
- any misuse or misinterpretation of the information provided,
- any breach of these Terms of Service,
- or any claim made by a third party arising from my conduct or participation.
Intellectual Property & Private Use
I agree to honor and protect the teachings, materials, recordings, and intellectual property shared within WELLSPRING.
All content is provided for my personal educational use only. I agree not to reproduce, repurpose, distribute, teach, publish, summarize, share, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from the teachings, frameworks, recordings, or materials from WELLSPRING without prior written permission from Global Mindset LLC d/b/a Mythic Feminine.
I understand that unauthorized sharing, redistribution, recording, or misappropriation of these teachings may dilute or distort the integrity of the work.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for WELLSPRING or any related products, services, or offerings provided by Global Mindset LLC d/b/a Mythic Feminine.
Under extraordinary circumstances, exceptions may be considered solely at the discretion of Global Mindset LLC d/b/a Mythic Feminine.
For annual memberships with renewal terms, cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the renewal date to avoid future charges.
No Guarantees
Global Mindset LLC d/b/a Mythic Feminine makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, relational results, emotional states, financial results, or personal transformations arising from participation in WELLSPRING.
Each participant is solely responsible for her own choices, interpretations, actions, and results.
Electronic Signature & Agreement
By submitting payment and typing my full legal name on the signup form, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these Terms of Service, including the confidentiality, intellectual property, assumption of responsibility, indemnification, refund, and no-guarantees policies above.
I understand that this constitutes a legally binding electronic agreement and signature.
